Ohio Section AWWA Position Statement on Sub HB 103

The Ohio Section Governing Board has spent considerable time negotiating with OEPA on proposed Operator Certification rule changes. It is the Board opinion that the rule as put forth on October 16th provides flexibility, will permit a majority of the member utilities to comply and as such is reasonable. This opinion is not to be construed as endorsement of the rule nor as opposition.
The Ohio Governing Board accepts the invitation of OEPA to be included in the development of the implementation plans for these changes. http://www.epa.state.oh.us/ddagw/index.htm
