Bob Davis Promoted to Utilities Director |
| Bob Davis was promoted to Utility Services Director in March. Prior to his promotion, he served as water superintendent for seven years for the City of Campbell and as Superintendent of the City of Warren for the past 3 years. Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the West Virginia University and holds a Class IV water license. Bob serves as the first vice chair for the AWWA Northeast District. |
