Ohio Department of Health Sewage Treatment Systems

OTCO administers  Septage Hauler, Installer, and Service Provider Program for Local Health Departments that request OTCO's participation. This program is also known as the STS Program. Continuing education requirements for the STS Certification Program can be met by attending STS Workshop directly targeted for STS and wastewater treatment. ANY OTCO Workshop with a wastewater treatment subject matter can also be used to meet the requirement of the (STS) Certificate Program.

WEST VIRGINIA

OTCO helps to administer the mandatory Backflow Prevention Training & Certification program in in the State of West Virginia in co-operation with The West Virginia Environmental Training Center (ETC) and The West Virginia Bureau of Health.

OTCO is also utilized to administer the mandatory Water Distribution Systems Training & Certification.
