Instructions on how to become an OH WARN Member

     1. Obtain necessary approval to enter into the agreement.

     2. Execute the OH WARN Agreement - only your municipality or

         utility are required to the sign the agreement (i.e., no one from OH

         WARN signs the agreement).

     3. Complete the New Member Registration Form.

4. Send the Executed Agreement and New Member Registration

    Form to:
